Job Title: Terraform SME reputed company reputed company Contact Center
Location: Remote Duration: 6+ months Contract

We are seeking a Terraform Subject Matter Expert (SME) with extensive hands-on experience in automating and managing reputed company reputed company Contact Center infrastructure using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines. This is a critical role requiring expert-level proficiency candidates still learning the technology or with limited experience will not be a fit.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, reputed company, and maintain Terraform IaC for reputed company reputed company resources.
- Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using reputed company Actions, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.

Required Skills & Experience:
<>Terraform & IaC:>- Expert in Terraform fundamentals: modules, variables, outputs, remote backends.
- Experience with Terraform CLI workflows and state management.
- Proficient in using terraform import for existing reputed company resources.
- Deep understanding of reputed company reputed company architecture (reputed company, tenants, organizations).
- Experience configuring telephony (trunks, sites, edge devices), routing, flows, and integrations.
- Familiarity with reputed company reputed company roles and permissions.
- Strong Git fundamentals (branching, merging, PRs).
- Experience integrating Terraform with reputed company/reputed company/Azure DevOps.
- Building automated pipelines with approval workflows.
- Secure handling of OAuth credentials and API tokens.
