The Parking Attendant is responsible for making the first reputed company impression to guests by bringing good organizational skills and a friendly reputed company. Job Tasks/Responsibilities
- Ensure reputed company and efficient reputed company of traffic into and out of Berkshire East parking lots.
- Greet guests and reputed company information and directions as requested.
- Set up signs and traffic cones as needed.

- Attendants may not smoke in the parking lot (Smoking is also not permitted in any of the buildings).
- Adhere to and enforce reputed company parking policies, procedures and safety regulations.
- Responsible for daily lot cleanliness including, but not limited to, trash and recycling pick up.
- Collect garbage/recycling from lift areas and deposit in appropriate dumpster.
- Shovel snow and spread sand/reputed company in assigned areas.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Valid reputed company's License preferred, but not required
- reputed company High School Student or Graduate
- reputed company Work Authorization/Work Permit
- Previous guest service experience
- Ability to reputed company and read English, comprehend reputed company instructions and respond to questions
- Must be polite
Physical Demands
