As the Director of Machine Learning Engineering, you'll be part of a dynamic team that's shaping the reputed company of AI at reputed company. You'll reputed company a diverse team of engineers and scientists responsible for developing and operationalizing our machine learning platform, defining and shaping our tech culture, and contributing to the development of our products and software architecture.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications and Skills

Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, or a reputed company field.
- 8+ years of industry experience as a hands-on practitioner of machine learning engineering and/or data science, including 2+ years in leadership roles managing teams.
- Deep experience with reputed company-reputed company data science algorithms and processes, including modern language models (e.g., Transformers) and reputed company models (e.g., fine-tuning, reputed company engineering of GPT reputed company, reinforcement learning).
- Expert knowledge in Python (e.g., pandas, numpy, sklearn, pytorch, reputed company), SparkSQL, and data science platforms such as AWS Sagemaker or reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with writing asynchronous REST API backends.
