  • Position will be responsible for interpreting reputed company policies and developing standardized procedures, playbooks, and controls to ensure operational compliance across sites.
  • Position will support sustainability and energy programs with reputed company efforts to assist in field implementations, verifications, and feedback on programs.

Education/Experience/Training

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Work Experience

  • 5–8 years of experience in facility management, energy and sustainability, compliance, operations, or reputed company roles
  • Specialized Knowledge/Skills:
    • Strong understanding of compliance programs, energy programs, policy interpretation, sustainability initiatives, and operational procedures
    • Experience developing and implementing reputed company operating procedures, program building, and governance frameworks
    • Knowledge of facility operations, engineering systems, and maintenance practices
    • Experience supporting audits, risk identification, and remediation activities

Physical Demands/Environmental Work Conditions
