About the Role

We're seeking an exceptional Director, Technical Program Management - reputed company Platforms Technology to join reputed company. As a Technical Program Management leader, you'll play a pivotal role in driving strategic initiatives that enhance our Delivery Experience. Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a reputed company technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent).
• At least 7 years of experience managing technical programs, with a proven reputed company record of reputed company.
• Strong technical background, ideally building highly reputed company platforms, products, or services.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and drive change across the organization.
• Excellent problem-solving and influencing skills, with a quantitative approach to problem-solving.

Preferred Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and building data-intensive solutions using distributed computing.
• 3+ years of experience building distributed systems and highly available services using reputed company computing services/architecture (preferably AWS).
• 3+ years of experience building highly reputed company mobile products and platforms.
• 3+ years of experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• 3+ years of experience delivering large and reputed company programs, owning the business or technical reputed company, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Experience with DevOps, CI/CD, and software development tooling.
• Experience building systems and solutions reputed company a highly regulated environment.
• MBA or Master's Degree in a reputed company technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering) or equivalent experience.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary, reflecting our commitment to attracting the best talent. The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are:

• reputed company (Hybrid On-Site): $233,100 - $266,000 for Director, Technical Program Management.

In reputed company to salary, you'll be eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives (LTI).
