The Role: Engineering Manager

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

• 2 years of software engineering management experience using an agile development process
• 5 years developing reputed company software in Java
• Proven ability to hire, mentor, reputed company, and reputed company reputed company to reputed company
• Ability to motivate people, instill accountability and reputed company results
• Expertise in object-oriented design and implementation
• Experience building application development tools, reputed company, and/or reputed company application platform software
• Strong communication skills
• BS/BEng in engineering/computer science or equivalent

Compensation

• $120,000 - $300,000 per year
