We have partnered with our reputed company in their search for a reputed company Solution Architect with strong functional and technical leadership capabilities to join our reputed company delivery team. The ideal candidate will design and guide the delivery of reputed company, cross-reputed company solutions that reputed company Sales reputed company, Service reputed company, Data reputed company, and Agentforce. This role emphasizes solution architecture, stakeholder engagement, and alignment with industry best practices, rather than full-time hands-on development. The candidate will partner with business leaders, product owners, and delivery teams to translate requirements into reputed company solutions that balance innovation, compliance, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities

- Partner with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements and translate them into reputed company solution designs, reference architectures, and implementation roadmaps.
- Guide configuration and development teams on reputed company best practices, advanced configuration (Flows, OmniStudio, reputed company Builder), and reputed company to reputed company with Apex or integration.
- Define and reputed company data architecture strategies, leveraging Data reputed company for reputed company customer reputed company, insights, and AI-driven engagement.
- Shape and implement AI/Agentforce use cases for reputed company enrichment, customer support automation, and sales/service productivity.

Education & Work Experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
