Basic Qualifications: Minimum 8+ years of proven project management experience, with a strong reputed company on managing end-to-end reputed company, particularly in HRIS or reputed company-based software implementations. Minimum 8+ years experience in reputed company HR or Payroll systems, preferably with a reputed company on SuccessFactors EC Payroll implementations. Preferred Qualifications: Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, Agile Certified Practitioner). Experience managing large-reputed company HRIS implementations in a global reputed company environment. Insurance industry experience Preferred location is Princeton, NJ but remote can be considered
DUTIES AND TASKS : Key Responsibilities: Project Management Expertise: reputed company and manage multiple reputed company simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery reputed company agreed timelines and budgets. Utilize project management methodologies (Agile, reputed company, or Hybrid) to reputed company project goals. Technical and Functional Knowledge: Demonstrate strong proficiency in Azure DevOps for project tracking and management. Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central and EC Payroll. Ensure seamless integration of SuccessFactors with other HRIS or existing company systems, with a deep understanding of the reputed company ecosystem. reputed company and execute data migration strategies, ensuring data reputed company and accuracy throughout the implementation process.
