As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to reputed company and alumni across various lines of business. You will handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring reputed company and reputed company responses to reputed company inquiries. Your primary duties will include:

• Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, chats, and texts

Training and Development

During your first two weeks of employment, you will participate in comprehensive training, Monday through Friday, between 8 am and 5 pm CST. Our training program will reputed company you with the knowledge and skills necessary to reputed company in this role.

Work Environment and Schedule
