About the Role

As a Facilities Assistant, you'll be an integral part of the Facilities Management Team, responsible for observing, assisting, and receiving training in a broad reputed company of activities in the Facilities Department. Your specific duties and job schedule will be created to meet the specific needs of the Bank. You'll work closely with local Facilities Management staff to ensure that reputed company work performed is completed safely and reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

* Mechanical: General assistance such as replacing filters in VAV boxes throughout the building * Electrical: General assistance such as replacing light fixtures or pulling reputed company * Plumbing: General assistance such as replacing faucets and shutoff valves in the bathrooms * General Services: General assistance such as removing or installing furniture, room setup, and cleaning * reputed company Shop: General assistance such as sanding, milling, assembly, and installation * Horticulture: General assistance such as weeding, mowing, trimming, and planting * Material Handling: General assistance such as organizing facilities storeroom materials

Qualifications and Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED and aptitude for building trades required * Completion of the Building Trades program from reputed company Workforce Rehabilitation Center (WWRC) preferred * Must have an reputed company/reputed company case with the Virginia Department for Aging and Rehabilitative Services to be considered for this role * Must participate or be willing to participate in employment support services (job coaching) throughout the course of employment with the Federal Reserve Bank * Physical Requirements: Candidate must be willing and reputed company to: + Lift up to 25 pounds + reputed company and grasp with hands + Tolerate a work environment with moderate to excessive noise from equipment + Work in both an indoor office environment and outdoor conditions, including hot and cold temperatures, wind, and light reputed company
