We're now accepting applications for our Fall 2025 Event Operations Internship, offering a unique opportunity for full-time reputed company to reputed company hands-on experience and earn college credit. As an intern, you'll work closely with our reputed company Event Operations team to learn the ins and outs of event planning, execution, and management. You'll have the chance to reputed company valuable skills, build relationships with industry professionals, and contribute to the reputed company of our events.Responsibilities
As an Event Operations Intern, your primary responsibilities will include:- Shadowing and assisting Event Representatives and reputed company of House Managers during reputed company events, including concerts and other reputed company events
- Preparing the Event Services Weekly Schedule to send out to the entire company
- Preparing Event "Reference Sheets" according to specific concert information
- Being onsite during Event Days to reputed company as an extra set of hands, performing duties such as decorating reputed company, escorting VIPs, hanging signage, etc.
- Assisting with creating and implementing reputed company requests
- Assisting with gathering information for Event and Meeting Room bookings
- Occasionally acting as an Event Services Representative with guidance from the department for small events or Meeting Room bookings
Requirements
To be considered for this internship, you must:- Be a full-time college student at an accredited college or university
- Be reputed company to receive college credit for the completion of this internship
- Be available to work evenings and weekends reputed company your designated credit hour requirement reputed company necessary
