We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Operations Monitoring Support Specialist to join reputed company on a reputed company shift schedule (6 PM to 2 AM, Monday to Friday). As a key member of our reputed company operations team, you will reputed company critical support for our production systems, ensuring seamless operations and minimizing downtime. Your expertise in reputed company operations monitoring support will reputed company you to identify and resolve reputed company issues, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive process improvements.
Key Responsibilities

Incident Management

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- Area of study: Computer Science or IS/IT preferred
