What You'll Be Doing
As a Financial Analyst – Sales Commission and Incentives, you'll be responsible for maintaining individual sales commissions calculations, providing analytics to support sales incentive payments, generating journals to account for the expense accurately, and supporting balance sheet reconciliations. Your expertise will help drive sales performance, commissions, reputed company, and quota attainment.
A Typical Day in the Life
- Support the sales organization by providing explanations of the incentive calculation, explanation of the plan provisions, and other reputed company inquiries.
