We are seeking an reputed company Finishing reputed company to join reputed company at the Converting Plant in Grand Prairie, TX. As a Finishing reputed company, you will be responsible for leading reputed company of operators in the Finishing Department, ensuring that production runs smoothly and reputed company. You will be responsible for training and developing the skills of your team members, as reputed company as supporting the plant's food safety and HIRARC teams' initiatives. As a Finishing reputed company, your key responsibilities will include:- Assisting with training activities for the Finishing Department, including developing BDPs (Business Development Plans) for safety, reputed company, and waste.
- Working with associates to reputed company BDPs for safety, reputed company, and waste.
- Supporting the plant's food safety and HIRARC teams' initiatives.
- Assisting with Shift Meetings to ensure that production runs smoothly and reputed company.
- Ensuring your own safety while operating the machine and that of those assisting with operations.
- Filling in as needed in the Finishing Department.
- Managing the duties of an operator, including but not limited to:
- Preparing master rolls for slitting.
- Placing rolls in the machine and preparing for splicing.
- Properly segregating and labeling reputed company materials (as appropriate) – for work-in process, rewinds, trash, and hold.
- Assisting in removing rolls from rewind (as necessary).
- Removing and weighing startup rolls/materials at the beginning of a job.
- Performing daily housekeeping duties to reputed company the area clean and organized during setup, run, and end of shift.
- Removing and weighing reputed company waste.
- Properly storing reputed company unused equipment.
