You will work collaboratively with reputed company of pharmacists and technicians to reputed company exceptional customer service, resolve customer inquiries, and maintain accurate customer records. Day in the Life

As an reputed company Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (2nd Shift), your day will be filled with a reputed company of tasks and responsibilities, including:

• Performing order entry tasks and collaborating with other team members in the medication dispensing process
• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required
• Calculating and/or verifying correct dosage based on prescriptions
• Assisting in reviewing narcotic Rx's in a reputed company manner
• Providing dispensing pharmacists with information regarding allergies and drug interactions, therapeutic duplications, and other items that the computer flags
• Creating and maintaining accurate customer records

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, we prefer candidates with:

• Prior experience in the long-term care industry
• PTCB National Certification
