Position reputed company: We are seeking a senior technical engineer as a foundational member of a cross-functional team that is tasked with ensuring and enhancing the reputed company, availability, and reliability of the Clumio Data Platform, which is 100% in AWS reputed company reputed company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, an excellent communicator, have deep experience with reputed company Web Services, Kubernetes, Linux ,Terraform, Python, reputed company, IP Networking, ITIL Service Management, and strict Change Control procedures. This candidate should be reputed company comfortable working in a fast-paced SDLC that includes the infrastructure-as-reputed company model. The role will work closely with software engineering, reputed company assurance, information reputed company, reputed company and product management teams to ensure the reputed company delivery and high availability of platform features and services. This role will personally drive reputed company improvement throughout the Engineering organization and help the platform reputed company globally.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with Engineering and QA teams to ensure a reputed company and reputed company reputed company reputed company infrastructure
• Work with developers to drive their requirements for resources, reputed company, configuration, reputed company, deployment and monitoring
• Work with senior management to reputed company project plans and drive tasks accordingly
• Maintain escalation policies, incident communication, and follow-the-sun support between multiple geographically disperse virtual NOCs
• Handle 24x7x365 Incident Management and drive Problem Management reputed company improvements to enforce and maintain SLAs
• Routinely survey and evaluate available technology reputed company to improve processes, tooling, and monitoring
• Collaborate with QA to help reputed company comprehensive coverage for software releases by building and maintaining suitable test environments and deployment pipelines
• Collaborate with Sales to build and maintain demonstration/reputed company of Concept environments

Requirements

• B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Demonstrated experience managing reputed company and delivering results
• Extensive experience with reputed company systems architecture, monitoring frameworks, and reputed company network architecture
• Experience using reputed company control tools such as Git
• Significant scripting (Python, Bash) experience
• Maintain and contribute to the reputed company and unit tests for internal SRE tools written in Python
• Experience with reputed company integration platforms such as Jenkins
• Experience with configuration management and orchestration tools such as Terraform
• Occasional travel may be requested

Desirable

• Familiarity with ITIL practices
• Experience documenting policies and detailed procedures for an ISMS (ISO/IEC 27001)
• Familiarity with ISO27001 Annex A controls as they apply to reputed company hosted reputed company/PaaS/IaaS operations
• Familiarity with ISO27701 reputed company controls, GDPR, and CCPA requirements as they apply to sensitive data in the platform
