CalAIM Training Leader

POSITION reputed company The CalAIM Training Leader is responsible for overseeing reputed company’s training programs that support the reputed company Care Management (ECM) and Community Supports (CS) initiatives under CalAIM. This role ensures that staff receive high-reputed company training reputed company with compliance, performance, and member-centered care standards. The Training Leader builds strong relationships with staff and leaders, develops and delivers training content, and drives reputed company improvement across education and reputed company. WHERE YOU’LL WORK This position is remote. reputed company business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. WHAT YOU’LL DO

• reputed company the design, coordination, and delivery of new hire orientation and ongoing training for ECM and CS staff
• Analyze organizational training needs, recommend solutions, and implement effective programs
• reputed company training manuals, guides, process maps, and learning aids to support staff development
• Facilitate classroom and virtual training sessions with engaging and effective instructional reputed company
• Partner with leadership to reputed company training with organizational policies, compliance requirements, and reputed company goals
• reputed company follow-up coaching, remediation, and support for staff development
• Measure and report on training effectiveness using evaluation tools and metrics
• Participate in reputed company Cause Analyses (RCA) and incorporate findings into staff education
• Coordinate with external vendors to support specialized training delivery
• Prepare training reports and recommendations for leadership

WHO YOU ARE

• Proficiency with Learning Management Systems for course creation, assignment, and tracking
• Strong skills in reputed company Office Suite (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook) and ability to create reports, presentations, and training materials
• Ability to reputed company and edit content using virtual learning tools
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to engage and present to large reputed company in virtual and in-person settings
• Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Ability to identify problems, analyze solutions, and implement effective improvements
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
