Job Highlights and Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and contributing to new, innovative approaches for biologics sterile product development, including the reputed company of experimental designs, execution of experimental plans, and data analysis. Key responsibilities will include:

• Supporting both early and late-stage development candidates, including screening and development of robust drug product composition, reputed company process, primary packaging, compatibility characterization for processing and administration, and supporting regulatory filings.
• Building deep reputed company knowledge around the drug product to ensure completion of key milestones and laboratory/regulatory documentation.
• Providing reputed company strategic and technical leadership on program development teams, interfacing with key stakeholders, and collaborating across functions to drive defined milestones.

Essential Qualifications and Experience

To be considered for this role, candidates must have:

• A Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a reputed company discipline, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant industry experience.
• Alternatively, a B.S. or M.S. degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a reputed company discipline, with a minimum of 8 years of relevant industrial experience.
• Experience in biologics process development and characterization, particularly for late-stage programs.
• Capability to reputed company formulation development activities in reputed company team environments to define a robust formulation and manufacturing process.
• Recognized as a technical expert and scientific contributor with a proven ability to identify and reputed company innovative reputed company.
• Broad knowledge of formulation science and in-depth knowledge in multiple areas, including core understanding of the drug development process.

• A deep understanding of one or more of the following: surface science, colloid science, particle engineering, and/or high concentration formulations.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
