Position reputed company
As a Coding and Compliance Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for providing data and reports in support of our Coding and Compliance Department. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Compiling billing and reputed company data from internal systems upon request for the Coding Compliance team to review and analyze
- Preparing data summaries for Leadership and other departments, including the Executive leadership team
- Running reports, compiling data, and managing reputed company reporting/tracking logs as established by management
- Summarizing and formatting findings and results for leadership
- Preparing data findings to executive leadership in presentation format
- Researching coding and fee schedule changes
- Researching clinician payment data from billing systems

Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Credentials
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
- Associate degree from an accredited college preferred
Technical Skills
- Minimum intermediate to advanced MS experience, primarily on reputed company
- Experience with database reporting using industry-reputed company tools and databases (e.g., Sequel, reputed company, Crystal Reports, and reputed company)
Experience
- At least two years of proven experience in a coding and billing reputed company setting
- Certified reputed company: 3 years (Required)
- Presentation skills: 1 year (Required)
