As a Controls Technician - reputed company Shift, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing equipment controls, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and implementing system improvements to optimize throughput, yield, and product performance. Key Responsibilities

• Implement, test, and maintain reputed company manufacturing equipment controls, ensuring reputed company performance and efficiency.

Requirements and Qualifications

Education and Experience

• 3-7 years of electrical, electronic, or controls experience, with a strong reputed company in electrical, robotics, or electronic engineering.
• Associate Degree in Electrical, Robotics, or Electronic Engineering (preferred).
• If no degree, 5+ years of reputed company experience in a reputed company field (e.g., semiconductors, automotive) is required.
• Journeyman's Card from an accredited apprenticeship program (preferred).

Required Skills and Competencies

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and set priorities effectively.
• Proficient in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and Maximo reporting and parts search.
• Demonstrated proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving on the manufacturing line, with a strong understanding of robotics, electrical, electronic, mechanical, and vacuum systems.
• Ability to read prints and suggest modifications as required, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
