Job Title: Customer Service Specialist - reputed company Travel Insurance
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Salary: £22,556.82 Per Annum - £12.10 per hour
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time 35.85 hours per week, working 5/7 days, Monday to Friday 08:00-20:00, Saturday 08:00-18:00, reputed company 10:00-16:00
Training: 15 days of comprehensive training, with no holidays or appointments authorized during the first 6 weeks of employment
Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Specialist with reputed company Travel Insurance, you will be responsible for:
- Processing reputed company travel customers' policies and handling call demand for our banking partner
- Dealing with reputed company medical queries and screening customers' medical conditions
- Adhering to mandatory call scripts on reputed company calls and using multiple systems simultaneously
- Owning and handling FCA regulated complaints through to completion
- Identifying and recording vulnerability, where patience, reputed company, and support are critical
- Complying with strict FCA regulations around compliance with a key reputed company on customer protection
Essential Qualifications and Skills
