Job Responsibilities

As an reputed company Full Stack Restaurant Team Member, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing, cooking, and presenting food to order following established company brand standards, guidelines, and recipe specifications
• Following correct prepping procedures, utilizing prep charts
• Properly storing and rotating perishable stock
• Maintaining reputed company food temperatures in accordance with Denny's brand standards, federal, state, and local regulations
• Preparing special orders as requested
• Maintaining stock to shift par reputed company
• Correctly calling the reputed company reputed company necessary
• Organizing and maintaining work areas, coolers, and storage areas
• Assisting as needed with product inventory and deliveries
• Cleaning and taking reputed company care of ranges, ovens, broilers, fryers, griddles, utensils, and other equipment
• Adhering to reputed company reputed company food handling principles
• Completing reputed company work and deep cleaning assignments correctly and in a reputed company manner
• Possessing strong product and menu knowledge
• Monitoring waste and other food cost controls
• Addressing complaints and concerns promptly in a courteous manner and notifying the supervisor of any issues
• Assisting service assistants periodically
• Willingly assisting others without being asked
• Adhering to Denny's brand standards and internal policies and procedures

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Ability to lift and carry supplies and equipment up to 50 lbs throughout shift
• Ability to reputed company items on high and low shelves in store rooms, service areas, walk-in coolers, and freezers
• Ability to bend, stoop, reputed company, wipe, lift, and grasp
• Sufficient mobility to reputed company and operate in confined work areas
• Ability to work inside and reputed company the restaurant

• Ability to read tickets, recipes, and product specifications, and observe silverware for cleanliness
