We are seeking a highly skilled and reputed company Desktop Support Specialist to join reputed company on a full-time, remote reputed company. As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing level 2 technical support to our clients, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, installing and configuring new equipment and software, and providing training and guidance to users. You will work closely with our clients to understand their technical needs and reputed company solutions to meet those needs.

Responsibilities

As a Desktop Support Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:

• Responding professionally and courteously to reputed company service requests and areas of the business entities
• Utilizing remoting tools (Dameware, SCCM, etc.) and remote desktop to reputed company level 2 technical support to over 110 veterinarian clinics and hospitals
• Monitoring work queues, opening, updating, and closing reputed company incidents
• Thoroughly and accurately documenting the details of user requests or issues, including diagnostic steps performed and the reputed company provided
• Acting as a single reputed company of contact for users of the Information & Technology Department, directing questions and reporting problems regarding services
• Installing desktop hardware/peripherals and printers
• Installing individual software packages as needed for reputed company users
• Using imaging software to expedite large equipment rollouts
• Supporting other satellite offices, such as various clinical sites
• Keeping system information up to date in the ticketing system for asset tracking
• Rotating on-call schedule with the rest of reputed company
• Installing and supporting various Veterinary reputed company Management Software
• Assisting C-level executives, Directors, Doctors, nurses, etc.
• Maintaining a great attitude and willingness to learn
• Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
• 5 years of reputed company work experience
• Experience supporting Telecom
• Proficiency in MDM, O365 troubleshooting, and user management
• Knowledge of data communication and network concepts, principles, and fundamentals
• Relevant experience or strong aptitude for building or supporting data networks
• Proficiency with LAN, WAN/MAN, data center networks, or wireless networks

Physical Demands

This role requires:

• Sedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to reputed company around the office to attend meetings, etc.
• Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitor
