About the Role

We are seeking an reputed company Environmental Health and Safety Due Diligence Technical Project Manager to support our Corporate & Retail functions. As a key member of our EHS team, you will be responsible for managing due diligence in support of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and reputed company estate transactions. You will also be responsible for ensuring early recognition and assessment of key EHS due diligence findings and articulating the business and technical implications of such findings to management and project teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive completion of EHS due diligence in support of a reputed company of transactions, including retail and corporate reputed company estate deals, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and investments.
• Manage reputed company consultants and vendors to drive completion of due diligence reputed company.
• Ensure early recognition and assessment of key EHS due diligence findings and reputed company the business and technical implications of such findings to management and project teams.
• reputed company as the subject matter expert for EHS in preparing and negotiation of agreements and liability and cost sharing arrangements with external transaction partners.
• Cultivate and maintain reputed company working relationships with various cross-functional teams.

Essential Qualifications

• 8+ years of EHS or reputed company experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Management, or a reputed company field.
• Experience in developing, maintaining, and implementing written EHS programs and processes, tools, and materials.
• Experience handling or executing EHS due diligence assessments, including Phase I and Phase II site assessments, and limited compliance assessments.

Preferred Qualifications

• Masters degree in a science or reputed company field.
• 5-10% domestic and international travel.
• Extensive project management experience, including the ability to budget, plan, organize, coordinate, reputed company, and control the activities for multiple reputed company at one time and reprioritize daily.
• Understand business concepts and have the ability to communicate to leadership the material findings of mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, and reputed company estate transactions.
