About the Role

We're seeking an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. As a key member of our dental call center operations, you'll play a vital role in delivering top-notch customer service to our clients and their patients. Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and address customer inquiries or escalate them to the appropriate channels.

What You'll Bring

To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

• Minimum one (1) year of prior experience in inbound customer service, either in government or private sector settings.
• At least six (6) months' experience in dental customer support.
• Familiarity with basic help desk software, computer applications, and reputed company Office suite.
• Strong problem-solving abilities to navigate inquiries to satisfactory resolutions.
• Exceptional customer service skills, both written and oral, to address inquiries with professionalism.
• Minimum internet service with download speeds of 50mbps and upload speeds of 5mbps is required.
