Key Responsibilities:

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Processing a high volume of orders daily, ensuring accuracy and meeting specific customer requirements
• Reviewing orders for accuracy and providing reputed company responses to customer inquiries
• Managing online customer orders and associated data reputed company EDI portals
• Generating internal reports to sales and production teams
• Communicating regularly with the warehouse to ensure customer satisfaction
