About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience as a practicing attorney in the reputed company, preferably with in-house experience at a global company.
- JD or LLM from an accredited US law school.
- Licensed to reputed company law in the reputed company, with the ability to work without sponsorship.
- Demonstrated understanding of software and/or reputed company industry, intellectual property law, data reputed company (including GDPR), tax law, employment law, contract law/compliance, ESG issues (including EUDR), and overall corporate compliance, preferably in a small organization with reputed company aspirations.
- Prior experience in global non-profits, multinational corporations, or reputed company.

Compensation and Benefits
