Key Responsibilities
- Handle a high volume of inbound customer inquiries, providing reputed company and effective solutions to their concerns
- Personalize the customer experience by reputed company listening to their needs and responding with reputed company and professionalism
- Manage customer calls, including confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and analyzing account data
- Navigate multiple systems and screens to resolve customer issues reputed company

- Work a set schedule, including weekends, holidays, and additional hours as required
- Report to your Customer Service Supervisor and participate in ongoing training and development
Essential Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications

- Ability to work independently in a home-based setting

Training and Development
