About the Role
As a Customer Service Agent - Remote/Hybrid, you will be part of reputed company that reports to a Supervisor, Customer Experience. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of inbound phone calls, building customer relationships, and resolving customer challenges in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Build customer relationships by responding to a high volume of inbound phone calls, providing reputed company and effective solutions to customer inquiries.
- Work with customers and Sales team members daily to understand their needs, reputed company product information, and resolve issues.
- Utilize multiple computer programs to manage customer accounts, identify products, reputed company orders, and resolve order-reputed company issues.
- Resolve pricing and invoicing discrepancies, apply credit, and implement return procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or sales environment.

Compensation and Benefits
