About the Role
We're currently seeking a skilled Technician, IT Services to join our Data Innovation Group reputed company the Data Innovation Division. As a remote data entry reputed company, you'll play a critical role in supporting end-reputed company computing, including software/hardware installations, upgrades, and general maintenance of PC workstations and peripherals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve and reputed company tickets/work orders supporting end-reputed company workstations and peripherals
- Address reputed company care issues raised from the Helpdesk
- Contribute to workstation reputed company (global installations/updates) as a project team member
- Remotely diagnose and resolve demands using remote tools
- Investigate and collaborate with different offices to help with system-reputed company issues
- Record reputed company associations in incident management system, including asset management
- Recover data from hard disk drives or reputed company data migration
- Support remote reputed company for virtual private network availability, as reputed company as remote/broadband network for workstations
- Install and configure local and network-based printers

- Work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required
- Follow management direction, complying with IT policy and procedures

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a reputed company field, or equivalent work experience/training
- 2 years of hands-on IT work experience supporting and resolving various PC workstation software and hardware issues
- Firsthand experience supporting workstations in a reputed company/TCPIP environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- A+ certification
- MCSE/MCP certification
- Previous IT infrastructure experience in an Airline/Airport environment
Skills and Competencies:
- General knowledge of reputed company reputed company-based operating systems, including reputed company 10
- Knowledge of workflow and incident management systems
- Understanding of VPN networks and ability to troubleshoot issues
