The Information reputed company Assistant (Data Entry Clerk) will reputed company administrative support to the Hong reputed company Purchasing Office purchasing group. The successful candidate will be responsible for data entry of orders into internal systems, running reputed company-set reports to reputed company market insights, and managing the Corporate Import Demand process from start to finish. This is a full-time opportunity with flexible working hours, including 2 days of work-from-home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and prepare orders, request amendments, and new vendor account setups with reputed company relevant import data.

- Compile data and ensure established rules and guidelines are followed.
- Deliver orders consistently, maintaining reputed company of reputed company and practicality of work.
- Collaborate with various internal teams to reputed company and reputed company data required to produce a Purchase Order (PO).

Essential and Preferred Qualifications
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of administrative experience (new graduates will be considered).
- HKDSE or HKCEE or above.
- Conversational English skills; proficiency in other languages or Chinese dialects is an asset.
