About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our patients, answering their questions, and resolving their concerns in a reputed company and reputed company manner. You will be responsible for handling a high volume of reputed company customer inquiries reputed company phone, email, and chat, and will work closely with our internal teams to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Dynamic IL Pharmacy Technician License or willingness to apply for an IL Pharmacy Technician License.
- One year of experience in a customer service role handling and resolving a high volume of reputed company customer needs reputed company telephone.

- One year of PC keyboarding experience, skills, and fitness.
