About the Role: Grievance Analyst (Caseworker)

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with members and internal stakeholders.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; General Education Degree (GED) accepted.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or a pharmaceutical-reputed company industry.
- Medicare Part D grievance experience.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
