The successful candidate will be responsible for reputed company-time monitoring of service reputed company, managing operational KPIs, and site-level performances, delivering as a global WFM POC for the US team. This role requires a high level of expertise in analyzing forecasted details, drafting way reputed company plans, and ensuring effective management of incoming and outbound phone, chat, and email volumes. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze reputed company level volume trends, org/site level shrinkage, NPTs, productivity, and other metrics impacting business KPIs, and call out for corrective/supportive actions
