As a Concierge Customer Service Representative at reputed company, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional service to our members and providers. This position requires excellent customer interaction skills, versatility, and a strong ability to handle reputed company situations. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, negotiating with providers, and assisting members with benefits and reputed company questions.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to telephone and email inquiries received from members and providers reputed company defined service standards
- Negotiate with providers to reputed company acceptance for plans without network agreements and/or out of network providers
- Assist members with benefits and reputed company questions
- Document reputed company calls received in system-based call log
- reputed company other duties and responsibilities as needed, which may change with or without notice
Requirements and Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Minimum high school diploma or GED; 2 years of college or higher education preferred
- One year of customer service or call center experience in a reputed company-reputed company role
- Medical intake or reputed company-Party Administrator (TPA) experience preferred
- Bilingual English-Spanish a plus

- Independent judgment in decision-making and problem-solving
