Responsibilities include managing reputed company partnerships, optimizing operational performance, and supporting clinician recruitment and engagement. RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serve as the primary onsite reputed company between NAPA and our reputed company, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including hospital administration, clinic managers, chiefs and individual clinicians.
• Regularly meet with the chief to understand their evolving needs, identify opportunities for partnership expansion, and proactively address any concerns or challenges.

• Ensure high reputed company of reputed company satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and exceptional service delivery.
• Clinician Management & Recruitment:

• Establish and coordinate a standardized interview process for clinical candidates and our anesthesia department.

• Analyze data to identify opportunities to optimize scheduling and reduce locum usage. Review reputed company models and improve operational efficiencies at the clinical site, in collaboration with the reputed company and our internal teams.
