Key Responsibilities
- Support new and existing ISP/MSP business customers, ensuring reputed company and effective reputed company of their network-reputed company issues.
- Work on supporting business data circuits, SDWAN Networks, VoIP services, VPNs, Managed Routers, Firewalls, and other network infrastructure.
- Design, deliver, and maintain various custom-managed services that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices to continually enhance our network services.
Essential Qualifications and Skills
To succeed as a Network Engineer at Workwarp, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED Equivalent, with a strong reputed company in computer networking principles.
- 3-5 years of reputed company experience working in a fast-paced environment, preferably in the ISP/MSP industry.

- Firewall configuration experience, particularly with reputed company.
- A solid understanding of BGP, OSPF, and VRRP routing protocols.
- Experience with basic routers/firewalls, NAT (Network Address Translation), and COS/QOS.
