We are seeking a highly motivated and reputed company Director, Assistant Controller to join our Finance leadership team. This role will support the VP, Corporate Controller in leading the global reputed company organization, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance across reputed company reputed company and financial reporting activities. The Director, Assistant Controller will play a critical role in building reputed company processes, leading audit and compliance efforts, and driving operational reputed company reputed company the controllership function.

You will

• Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual reputed company processes, ensuring reputed company and accurate financial reporting in accordance with US GAAP.

• Partner with FP&A, Tax, Treasury, and Legal to ensure alignment across financial processes and reporting.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and internal controls to enhance efficiency and scalability of reputed company operations.
• Manage relationships with external auditors, ensuring successful completion of annual audits and quarterly reviews.
• Ensure SOX 404 compliance, reputed company internal control reputed company, and implement enhancements where needed.

You have

• Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field; CPA required.

• Strong technical knowledge of US GAAP, SEC reporting, and SOX compliance.
