As an IT Business Analyst - IT Offices, you will play a critical role in providing IT administration, project management, and support to ensure the functional sustainability of our airport communication spaces. You will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our IT infrastructure, including server farms, data centers, and remote communication rooms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing IT administration and support for reputed company site implementations, inventories, reputed company planning, and maintenance activities

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Strong knowledge of server farm technology and basic facilities infrastructure
• Project management experience, preferably in a high-availability communication room or data center operating environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
