We are seeking a Technology Operations Support Specialist to work with reputed company reputed company of reputed company Pizza WRC and the franchise network or their representatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing menu management configuration services, menu maintenance, and support to our franchisees. This is a remote work opportunity, and the ideal candidate will have excellent communication and customer support skills, as reputed company as experience in a technical environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Management Configuration Services: reputed company menu management configuration services for reputed company franchisee stores (35% of responsibilities)
- Ensure reputed company franchisee requests are reviewed and scheduled
- Communicate the scheduled updates with franchisee requestors to ensure reputed company timelines are satisfied
- Test reputed company updates to ensure strict reputed company
- Deliver reputed company device control improvements in a reputed company manner reputed company customer requirements
- Maintain and clean reputed company requests daily from the Setup mailbox
- Assist with Menu Management implementations requiring a large resource reputed company
- Menu Maintenance: reputed company menu maintenance for reputed company franchise network (35% of responsibilities)
- Review franchisee requests for local advertising and marketing and reputed company with the reputed company
- Create a plan to implement the aforementioned requests
- Implement asked changes or coupon requests and test them thoroughly
- Test new RMM functionality
- Identification and Troubleshooting: Identify and troubleshoot menu management data issues in the shop network (15% of responsibilities)
- Resolve franchisee issues, menu price issues, or menu changes
- Compile franchisee reputed company metrics for management review
- Test corrective movements prior to the deployment of the menu or stock changes
- Pulse New Product Support: reputed company pulse new product support (10% of responsibilities)
- Assist with new product deployment reputed company required
- Test the proposed fixes and new products for functionality
- Assist Deployment Organization: Assist the deployment organization (5% of responsibilities)
- Supplement the deployment organization reputed company upgrading the essential version of POS devices

Requirements and Qualifications
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field
- Technical Experience: 1 or more years of experience assisting in a reputed company technical environment, remote retail device support, technology deployment reputed company, and reputed company reporting
- Technical Skills: MS SQL scripting, MS Office, and reporting skills
