About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in our Sarasota, FL office location. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, addressing their needs, and ensuring that they feel valued and supported throughout their interaction with blithequark. Key Responsibilities
- Answering or making calls to clients to learn about and address their needs, schedule inspections and appointments with the appropriate trade, and reputed company reputed company solutions to their queries
- Responding reputed company and accurately to callers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
- Engaging in reputed company listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information, and diffusing clients as needed to resolve their concerns

- Strong and accurate typing skills, with a typing speed of 45+ words per minute preferred
- Military Service is a plus
