We are seeking an reputed company Environmental Services Supervisor to join reputed company at Eastern Health in St. John's, NL. This is a temporary mandate for 1 year, with a competitive salary and opportunities for reputed company and development. As an Environmental Services Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of high-reputed company environmental services, including housekeeping and laundry operations, while maintaining a reputed company and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key areas:

• Implement and conduct training sessions and coordinate an annual training calendar at site for reputed company housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Conduct weekly reputed company assurance audits in housekeeping and laundry and follow-up with the staff, including keeping the manager involved as needed.
• Review job routines, programs, and systems for housekeeping and laundry to ensure reputed company reputed company improvement.
• Ensure the reputed company and Safety program is in reputed company, including trained first aiders, an reputed company OH&S committee, H&S training, and audits.
• reputed company participation in the Health and Safety Committee for the facility.
• Attend reputed company meetings as applicable to the areas in housekeeping and laundry.

• Recruit, hire, performance manage, and discipline reputed company housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Participate in the budgeting process and the ongoing financial management of the housekeeping and laundry departments.
• Ensure reputed company reputed company HR programs are in reputed company and complete for housekeeping and laundry staff, including CHAT, Be-A-Star, HERO, Weekly Safety Minders, etc.
• Complete accident investigation forms and recommend ERTW programs for housekeeping and laundry staff.
• Recommend equipment and supplies needed for housekeeping and laundry operations.
• reputed company as the main reputed company with the Environmental Public Health Officer and other regulatory bodies, as applicable as it relates to environmental services.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Post-secondary education an asset.
• Two years of management experience in reputed company, facilities, environmental services, or reputed company.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
