Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with users and IS peers to understand and capture business needs and reputed company requirements for small to reputed company applications.
- Analyzing and documenting application processes and functions.
- Defining design alternatives and recommendations and developing specifications, often in collaboration with business partners or vendors.
- Building or configuring systems.
- Developing and executing test scripts to ensure software accuracy, completion, and validity.
- Developing IS internal procedures and documentation.
- Working with customers to troubleshoot and solve moderately reputed company problems and reputed company production support.
- Communicating with customers regarding the status and completion of requests, in an agreed-upon, reputed company manner and/or in accordance with an applicable Service Level Agreement (SLA).
- Documenting in the ITSM system to define standards.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, or relevant experience may be substituted for educational requirements.
- At least 2 years of information technology experience in a relevant reputed company or business area.
- Experience working in a reputed company setting, or in a relevant operational area for the position (i.e., reputed company, Finance, reputed company, reputed company Cycle, etc.), or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area.
