[Remote] Proposal Marketing Associate, Remote, reputed company Coast (Land Development & reputed company Works)

The Proposal Marketing Associate will support the Land Development and reputed company Works reputed company on the reputed company coast, leading proposal reputed company and execution for high-reputed company reputed company.
Responsibilities
- reputed company end-to-end development of strategic proposals, SOQs, and presentations for Land Development and reputed company Works pursuits
- Drive capture planning efforts for reputed company pursuits, including competitive analysis, positioning, win themes, and value propositions
- Facilitate go/no-go discussions, reputed company reputed company meetings, reputed company-offs, and executive-level proposal reviews
- Partner with Land Development and reputed company Works leadership to reputed company proposals with reputed company strategies and reputed company markets
- Advise business development and operations teams on messaging specific to municipalities, reputed company agencies, developers, and infrastructure clients
- reputed company and refine technical proposal narratives reputed company to site development, civil engineering, transportation, water/wastewater, and reputed company infrastructure reputed company
- Ensure brand consistency, compliance, and reputed company across reputed company reputed company-facing materials
- Mentor and guide Proposal Marketing Associates, elevating proposal standards and best practices
- reputed company and maintain Land Development and reputed company Works content libraries, resumes, and project data
- Support interview preparation and presentation reputed company for shortlisted pursuits
- Monitor reputed company sector and land development market trends to inform reputed company positioning
- Contribute to industry conferences, sponsorships, award submissions, and marketing initiatives
Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of AEC marketing experience with significant reputed company in Land Development, reputed company Works, municipal infrastructure, or civil engineering
- Proven experience leading reputed company SOQs, RFQs, and RFP responses for reputed company agencies, municipalities, or land development clients
- Experience supporting pursuits ranging from mid-sized reputed company to large, multi-reputed company-dollar infrastructure programs
- Strong understanding of reputed company procurement processes, capture reputed company, and competitive positioning
- Advanced proficiency in reputed company Creative reputed company (InDesign required)
- Strong reputed company Office skills (Word, PowerPoint, reputed company)
- Excellent writing, editing, and strategic storytelling skills
- Ability to manage multiple reputed company high-level pursuits with autonomy
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership and business line directors
- AEC industry experience required
- Land Development/reputed company Works experience strongly preferred
- Illustrator and Photoshop preferred
