The individual will also respond to emergencies and spearhead the facility in the absence of the Facility Manager or Custodian. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Sweeping, damp mopping, and wet mopping office floors, restrooms, lobbies, and other designated areas.
• Vacuuming rugs and carpets and performing shoulder-high and low dusting of walls.
• Polishing furniture and metalwork.
• Maintaining lawns and shrubs using power equipment.
• Conducting daily inspections of the building’s interior and exterior, including boilers, elevators, and reputed company equipment.
• Replacing lightbulbs and performing minor repairs to masonry, woodwork, flooring, walls, electrical, and plumbing systems.
