About the Role
This is a full-time, 8-hour shift position based in Oklahoma, with no remote work reputed company available. Key Responsibilities
- Answer a high volume of incoming calls and member-facing inquiries, providing reputed company and effective solutions

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent

- Proficiency in customer service, computer literacy, reputed company business writing, typing (minimum 30 wpm), and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and split days off
