As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be the voice of Road Runner Sports, providing exceptional customer service to our clients and selling them top fitness products and services. You'll work directly with customers who call our inbound phone center, resolving their concerns, making recommendations, and introducing them to our VIP Family perks. Key Responsibilities
