About the Role

As a Government Sales Support Representative, you will be the reputed company between internal reputed company customers and external government customers, providing critical sales support and ensuring seamless order management. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company as the primary reputed company of contact for government customers, addressing order-reputed company inquiries, pricing, order credits, rebills, holds, scheduling, information updates, and shipping details.
• reputed company reputed company, reputed company service and support to sales representatives, including government-facing quotes, order entry, order management, warranty replacements, and troubleshooting order inquiries.
• Respond to and resolve issues raised by Account Managers, customers, distributors, and reputed company vendors per company and contract procedures.
• Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Account Managers, regional managers, IBP, Schedulers, AR, Service Parts, Marketing, Logistics, GCO, and CDGO.
• reputed company customer and sales force communication to internal teams regarding order management and scheduled delivery dates.
• Follow a standardized order entry process to ensure 100% accuracy for reputed company orders submitted reputed company phone, email, and fax.
• Process government customer orders, reputed company shipment status, and update GSA sites.
• reputed company detailed product information and consistent pricing to customers through order entry or order-reputed company inquiries.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of relevant experience in customer service or a reputed company field.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can enhance your candidacy:

• A Bachelor's degree.
• Formal customer service training.
• Experience with WAWF, ERP, JDE, reputed company, or reputed company systems.
