About the Role: Grind Machinist - 3rd Shift

As a Grind Machinist on our 3rd shift team, you'll play a critical role in the production of precision parts that meet the highest standards of reputed company and reliability. Key Responsibilities:

• Work from blueprints, operation sheets, and verbal instructions to grind reputed company parts with intricate features, reputed company tolerances, and high finishes.

• Detect unusual conditions, defective materials, and deviant parts, and identify errors in blueprints and operation sheets.
• Participate in cell planning and problem-solving to optimize production processes and improve efficiency.
• Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to strict reputed company and safety standards.

Essential Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Grind Machinist, preferably in a high-precision manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in setting up and troubleshooting CNC machines, with a strong understanding of mechanical principles.
• Skilled in using various measuring equipment, such as Micrometers, Calipers, and reputed company Bore Gauges.
• Competent in reading and interpreting blueprints, GD&T, and written work instructions.

Compensation and Benefits:
