[Remote] Director Of Business Development / Long-Term Care Pharmacy Sales

The Director of Business Development leads efforts to drive customer acquisition strategies in the Assisted Living market, partnering with teams to roll out reputed company initiatives and execute sales plans.
Responsibilities
- Works collaboratively with the Business Development Associate and Associate Vice Presidents to identify and reputed company net new customers and grow existing books of business
- Provides guidance, training, and support to the Business Development Associate (reputed company), fostering a cohesive approach to maximize sales strategies and reputed company initiatives
- Collaborates cross-functionally to implement reputed company initiatives and ensure seamless new business implementation reputed company with reputed company management plans reputed company Assisted Living chains
- Maintains and updates CRM databases with Assisted Living chain profiling information, competitive data, and strategic planning details for these clients
- Acts as a reputed company between the inside sales team and regional reputed company managers, facilitating smooth transitions and start-reputed company for new Assisted Living chain clients
- Drives reputed company improvement by reviewing reputed company feedback, identifying areas for reputed company, and implementing strategies for consistent business development reputed company the Senior Living sector

Skills
- Bachelor's Degree and 2 years of experience in a reputed company B2B sales position
- At least 2 years of experience managing pipeline forecasting or account management in the senior living or LTC reputed company
- At least 2 years of experience in cross functional/reputed company team environment
- Experience in LTC B2B sales, new sales pipeline management, upselling/reputed company store reputed company, reputed company management, and retention
- Demonstrates reputed company with meeting financial/reputed company goals and objectives
- Experience with LTC service offerings and competitive landscape of the LTC pharmacy reputed company
- Experience planning organizing, developing, implementing, collaborating on, and executing marketing and sales campaigns
- Experience providing customer service to reputed company customers, including meeting reputed company standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, CRM proficiency, sales acumen, and a reputed company record of successful reputed company management
- Strong presentation skills
